High-Quality Aluminum Wire

This is fabricated aluminium wire rather than scrap: drawn to gauge and supplied on coils or spools so it can feed a machine directly. Purity is 99.7% minimum, and the material is certified to both ISO9001 and RoHS — the second matters if the finished product enters a market with restrictions on hazardous substances.

The property that decides whether a spool works on your line is not purity but the consistency of the wire itself: gauge tolerance, surface cleanliness and how evenly it pays off the spool. Wire that varies in diameter by a few hundredths of a millimetre will jam a feeding system or produce a weld with inconsistent penetration, and neither is visible until production is already running.

Coiled and spooled aluminium wire is used in:

State the wire gauge and the tolerance your equipment requires, not only the nominal diameter. Spool size, coil weight and the core diameter of the spool all affect whether the wire pays off cleanly, so pass on the details of your feed system at enquiry stage.

Purity of 99.7% minimum covers unalloyed aluminium. If the wire is going into an alloyed end product, tell us the alloy rather than the pure-metal equivalent — the addition elements are cheaper to introduce at melt than to correct afterwards.

Wire is supplied coiled or on spools sized to your handling equipment, palletised for container loading. Spool type, coil weight and loaded weight per container are confirmed with the quotation.

Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis stating the full chemical composition, produced under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. That is more than the headline purity figure: it is the residual elements that decide whether two lots at the same stated purity behave the same way in your process.

You can nominate an independent inspection agency — SGS and BV are the two we handle most often — for pre-shipment sampling, weight verification and container sealing. The report is issued to you rather than to us, and you are equally welcome to send your own representative.

Standard export documentation covers the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading, alongside the chemical composition report.
